Conference Room Rental

The Ain Society Conference Room at unit #02-07 has a carpeted area of about 60 square metres and can comfortably seat 30 people.

Its facilities include:

1. 30 pcs of foldable chairs

2. 1 pc white board

3. 2 small tables

4. 1 ceiling-mounted projector

5. 1 motorized screen with 2 speakers

6. 4 single sofa seats

7. 1 coffee table

8. 1 32" LCD TV

9. 1 home theatre set

Bookings:

• Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and have to be made at least in one block of 3 hours.

• Reservations need to be done at least 2 weeks prior to date of event, with a 50% deposit fee. The balance 50% must be paid preferably two (2) days prior to date of event.

Fees:

• The Conference Room rental fee is $120 for every 3-hours block booking, and additional hours at $30 per hour.

• Non-profit organisations or Members of Ain Society may use the Conference Room with a 20% discounted rate of $96 for every 3-hours block, and additional hours at $24 per hour.
